For these hazards, special protective clothing is required to protect the entire body. Protective clothing is also known as work clothes, divided into special work clothes and general work clothes. It is made of cotton cloth or chemical fiber fabric for general work, and is suitable for general work places without special requirements. Special work clothes are provided with dust-proof and anti-virus clothing, anti-chemical pollution clothing, heat-resistant fire-resistant clothing, radiation protection clothing, and anti-static clothing according to the needs of the working environment.

First, dustproof and anti-virus clothing

Dust-proof and anti-virus suits are all protective overalls.

1. Dust-proof clothing

Suitable for dusting operations, generally consisting of head to shoulder hood or headscarf, top and bottom, cuffs, cuffs and hem tightened, made of breathable fabric with a dense texture and smooth surface.

2. Antivirus suit

 

Anti-virus suits are available in both sealed and breathable versions. The airtight type is an air-supply protective suit made of anti-penetration material. 1. Rubber acid and alkali resistant clothing

The rubber acid and alkali resistant rubber is made of rubber cloth with a rubber content of more than 60% and added with a stabilizer in the refining process, and the material is gas-tight. 3. Acid-proof silk overalls

Styles include work clothes, big bangs, etc. It is suitable for acid acid mist corrosion protection, has good acid and gas permeability, and has certain anti-alkali and oil-proof ability.

4. Synthetic workwear

Synthetic fiber overalls are made of synthetic fabrics such as polyester, polypropylene, and chlorin, and are available in overalls and stilettos. It is suitable for operations with low concentration of acid-base corrosion and has poor resistance to permeability.

5. Wool acid suit

6. Oil-proof overalls

The heat-proof overalls are suitable for workplaces with high temperature, high heat and strong radiant heat. The white canvas is made of cotton canvas and woven canvas made of natural plant fiber. It has the characteristics of heat insulation, splashing Mars and molten material, easy to bounce, wear resistance, strong tearing strength and good air permeability.

Asbestos is heat-resistant and is made of asbestos cloth containing a small amount of cotton fiber. The aluminum film cloth heat-proof suit is made of aluminum or aluminized fiber on the base cloth, and is suitable for extremely high temperature operation such as smelting furnace repair and fire rescue. The aluminum film is silvery white, with high reflectivity, and the inner lining is insulated, resistant to aging and fire, but poor in gas permeability.

Fourth, other special work clothes

1. Anti-plug suit

The cold-proof suit has good heat preservation property, small thermal conductivity, high heat absorption efficiency on the outer surface, and generally uses natural plants, animal fur down or chemical fiber as a filler. Ordinary cotton and leather winter clothes have good heat preservation performance, while chemical fiber cold clothes are light in weight and are popular among outdoor workers.

2. Waterproof suit

Waterproof clothing has a tape raincoat, made of waterproof tape, glued with neoprene, divided into single-sided tape, raincoat, poncho and so on. It is suitable for spraying water and rainy days; the water jacket is suitable for wading operations such as sewers, culverts and aquatic fishing; the aquatic clothes are resistant to sea water and sun, suitable for aquatic fishing, breeding and processing.

3. Radiation suit

Radiation protection suits are divided into anti-radiation suits and anti-radiation suits.

(1) Radiation protection suits are used for personnel exposed to radioactive work to protect against the hazards of external and radioactive dust pollution. According to the nature and dose of radiation, there are the following:

1 White cloth protection is made by using bleached fine cloth. It is the basic protective clothing that enters the radioactive work area. It has the characteristics of low radioactive transmittance, low adsorption, air permeability and easy cleaning.

2 Non-woven protective clothing is a one-time wearing garment suitable for use under low energy radiation.

3 Plastic protection Take polyethylene or vinyl chloride film by high frequency welding, it is an additional protective clothing covered in the basic protective cover outside the basic protective clothing, resistant to a certain concentration of acid and alkali and oil, often used for maintenance or rescue, etc. operation.

4 Lead-containing protection is made of lead rubber or plastic, suitable for people exposed to X and γ rays.

(2) The principle of shielding and absorption of anti-microwave clothing, made of metal cloth or metal-plated cloth, attenuating or eliminating the electromagnetic quantity acting on the human body, can prevent the electromagnetic radiation of high-power radar and similar places from being harmful to the human body. 4. Conductive protective clothing

Conductive protective clothing has anti-static clothing and equipotential pressure equalizing service.

In the case of wearing gloves to prevent operation, or other parts such as the face exposed by chemical substances and certain physical factors, such as paint, organic solvents, concentrated drugs, ultraviolet rays, etc., commonly used skin cream to protect the skin and prevent pollution . The cleaning agent is used for dry cleaning to remove dust and dirt from the skin and overalls. The skin cream should be rubbed before the work, and the detergent is usually used after the work is finished.

Some chemical poisons not only cause occupational skin diseases, but also can enter the human body through the skin. Skin cream should not damage the skin, cause skin irritation; prevent harmful substances from harming the skin; keep on the skin and easy to clean; comfortable and economical.

Skin care creams are available in many types depending on the protective substances. For example, there are water-soluble irritants, fat-soluble irritants, oil-soluble irritants, anti-asphalt, anti-organic solvents, paints, and gels. 2. detergent

In order to clean harmful substances such as dust and dust contaminated on the skin or overalls, the detergent should be easily soluble in water and can be cleaned without damaging the skin and fabric.
